The Rocky Mountain Synodical Women's Organization
The Rocky Mountain Synodical Women's Organization (RMSWO) is the women's ministry organization of the Rocky Mountain Synod (RMS) of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA.)
RMSWO offers opportunities and support to the congregational women's units of the RMS churches as they grow in faith, participate in service projects, and enjoy fellowship with each other.
Events
The Synodical Convention is held in the fall every two years, on the even numbered years. Dates, locations, and registration information for the 2026 convention will be posted on this site when it becomes available.

On the alternate years (the odd numbered years) a fall gathering is held. Information for the fall 2025 event will be posted here as information is available.

The RMSWO has smaller, internal regions called conferences. Some of these conferences hold a spring event. The event information will be posted here also.
Our Newsletter
"Views from the Rockies" is our quarterly newsletter. It is published in January, April, July, and October. Views from the Rockies provides information about programs, projects, and events of the synodical and churchwide organization. It is distributed electronically to congregations and unit presidents, synod pastors, past synodical board members, other synodical presidents, churchwide executive board members, and all individuals who join the electronic mailing list.
